Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it. You agree to keep profile, contact, and listing details current so orders and support can be handled correctly.

Products, orders, and pricing

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are managed by farmers and may change based on harvest, stock, and logistics. We aim for accuracy, but occasional errors can occur. In such cases, we may cancel or update an order with notice to you.

Payments

Payments may be processed through integrated third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize the charges shown at checkout, including product, delivery, and applicable taxes or fees.

Farmer obligations

Farmers are responsible for lawful listings, correct pricing, accurate product details, and truthful certification claims. Farmers must fulfill accepted orders in good faith and follow applicable food safety and labeling requirements.

Prohibited use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, post false or misleading information, or use Organic Odisha to conduct fraudulent or illegal transactions.

Limitation of liability

Organic Odisha is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We facilitate discovery and transactions between customers and farmers; product quality, safety, and labeling remain the responsibility of the listing farmer.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, harm users, or create legal or operational risk. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
